Shipping & Delivery

Production & Handling All our artworks are printed on demand to ensure the highest quality and minimize waste. Each print is produced by a certified Fine Art Trade Guild laboratory using archival pigment inks on Hahnemühle German Etching paper ($310$ gsm). Please allow $3$-$5$ business days for production and quality control before your order is dispatched.

Worldwide Shipping We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. All prints are carefully handled and shipped in heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard tubes or flat-packed in protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery Estimates Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:

• Europe: $5$–$10$ business days.

• USA & Worldwide: $10$–$20$ business days.

Please note: These are estimates. Delivery times may vary depending on local postal services and customs processing.

Tracking Your Order As soon as your print is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to follow your artwork's journey to your doorstep.

Separate Shipments To protect the integrity of your purchase, prints and hand-signed Certificates of Authenticity are shipped separately. The certificate is sent from the Netherlands, while the print may be dispatched from our specialist lab in Germany. They may arrive on different days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders shipped outside the European Union (EU), please be aware that local customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the full responsibility of the recipient.

Damage In the highly unlikely event that your print arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the artwork and contact us at info@tessawagenaar.com within $7$ days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement free of charge.
