Shipping & Delivery
Production & Handling All our fine art prints are printed on demand to ensure the highest quality and minimize waste. Each print is produced by a certified Fine Art Trade Guild laboratory. Please allow three to five business days for production and quality control before your order is dispatched. For original paintings, please allow five to seven business days to arrange secure, custom-made packaging and transit insurance.
Shipping Rates We offer free worldwide shipping on all fine art prints. For original paintings, shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. This allows us to select the most secure and specialized courier service for these unique pieces.
Worldwide Shipping & Packaging We ship worldwide. Prints are shipped in heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard tubes or flat-packed in protective materials. Original paintings are shipped in custom-built wooden crates or specialized reinforced art boxes to ensure maximum protection during transit.
Delivery Estimates Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes. For Europe, delivery takes five to ten business days. For the USA and the rest of the world, delivery takes ten to twenty business days. Please note that these are estimates; delivery times may vary depending on local postal services and customs processing.
Tracking Your Order As soon as your artwork is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Track & Trace number. This allows you to follow your order’s journey to your doorstep.
Separate Shipments To ensure authenticity and quality, prints and hand-signed Certificates of Authenticity are often shipped separately. The certificate is sent from the Netherlands, while the print may be dispatched from our specialist laboratory. Therefore, they may arrive on different days.
Customs and Taxes For orders shipped outside the European Union, please be aware that local customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the full responsibility of the recipient.
Damage In the unlikely event that an artwork arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the work and contact us within seven days of delivery at info@tessawagenaar.com. We will immediately arrange an appropriate solution or replacement.
