Products and Quality (Fine Art Prints) Our products consist of museum-quality Fine Art Prints. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All prints are produced 'on-demand', meaning the artwork is printed specifically for you after the order is placed.
. Copyright and Intellectual Property All artwork, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Tessa Wagenaar. The purchase of a physical print does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the artwork without express written permission from us.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Modifications to the Service and Prices Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content there of) without notice at any time.
Cancellations and Return Policy As stated in our Refund Policy, our art prints are custom-made-to-order items. According to EU consumer protection laws regarding highly personalized or custom-made goods, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply. Orders cannot be cancelled once the printing process has begun.
Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
